Payment Options

Industrial Motors Express accepts multiple payment options including Major Credit Cards, ACH, Wires, and PayPal. If paying by Card or Paypal, you may be charged a transaction fee. We also process orders though Invoices/Purchase Orders. Depending on the total price of your order, you may be required to process payment through a Wire or ACH.

Account Terms

For terms, please email us at [email protected] for a credit application. This can take up to 1 to 2 weeks to evaluate and process. Based on your business history and anticipated order frequency, we may require your orders to be paid in full for a certain amount of time.

Winter Weather Notice:

Our sales office and customer service teams may be disrupted on January 9th, 2025 due to a Severe Winter Weather advisory in their area. We apologize for any potential delays or disruptions this may pose to you and we appreciate your patience during this event.

Our warehouses will be closed 12/24/2024-01/01/2025:

Our Sales Office will remain open with limited hours during this time and will continue to process orders – all shipments will resume on 01/02/2025 – feel free to purchase from our shop or contact us for quotes as usual.
